Petalz Mosaic respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This policy explains how Petalz Mosaic collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information when people use our website, mobile apps, family PODs, and related services.
We may collect account details such as name, email address, contact information, support requests, and the content people choose to share inside a private family POD, including photos, videos, captions, comments, messages, tasks, and updates.
When someone uses the website or app, we may also collect device information, usage data, diagnostics, crash logs, performance information, cookies, and similar technologies. If a user signs in through Apple, Google, or another provider, we may receive limited profile details subject to that provider’s settings and consent.
Petalz Mosaic does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with POD participants as directed by the user, with service providers that help operate the service, and where required for legal, safety, security, or compliance reasons.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, support accounts, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our rights. Users may request account deletion through available in-app settings or by contacting support. When an account is deleted, personal information and associated content will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal and technical limits.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Depending on location, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal data, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact support@petalzmosaic.com.
Petalz Mosaic accounts are intended to be created and managed by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or the minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction, without appropriate parent or guardian consent.
Petalz Mosaic is a closed family network and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, or child endangerment. We may remove harmful content, restrict access, and report apparent child safety violations to appropriate authorities where required by law.
If Petalz Mosaic is accessed from outside Canada, information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws. We take steps designed to apply appropriate safeguards where required.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
