These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement govern access to and use of the Petalz Mosaic website, mobile applications, products, features, subscriptions, and related services. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Petalz Mosaic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Petalz Mosaic is a private family-focused platform designed to help loved ones share photos, videos, messages, daily updates, care tasks, reminders, and support inside a private family network called a POD.
Certain features require a paid subscription. The person who purchases and manages the subscription is the Sponsor. Sponsors may invite, manage, and remove POD members, subject to the service’s features and controls. Members may access features available through the Sponsor’s subscription.
Users are responsible for account credentials, accurate registration information, and activity under their accounts. You may not create an account for another person unless you have permission.
Users must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in their jurisdiction. Users may not use the service for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized purposes.
Users keep ownership of the photos, videos, messages, comments, tasks, and other content they create or share. To operate Petalz Mosaic, users grant Petalz a limited license to host, store, process, display, transmit, and distribute that content as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service according to user settings and POD sharing choices.
Paid subscriptions may be purchased through Apple, Google, or web-based billing providers made available by Petalz Mosaic. Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment handling are governed by the platform or checkout flow used at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Access to paid features depends on an active subscription. Pricing may change from time to time, with notice where required by law or platform rules.
Users may delete their accounts through available account settings, website options, help center options, or support channels. Account deletion is intended to remove the account and associated personal data from active systems, subject to legal, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute, and technical limitations. Deletion may be irreversible.
Petalz Mosaic is a communication and coordination platform. It is not a healthcare provider, emergency service, medical device, or monitoring system. Petalz Mosaic does not guarantee that messages, tasks, reminders, or updates will be received, viewed, completed, or acted upon. Users remain responsible for care decisions, medication management, supervision, emergency response, and safety.
The Petalz Mosaic service, software, interfaces, designs, trademarks, branding, content, and related materials are owned by Petalz Mosaic or its licensors. Users may not copy, sell, license, distribute, or exploit the service except as permitted by Petalz in writing.
Petalz Mosaic may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate access, or stop providing parts of the service where reasonably necessary to enforce terms, protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or reduce legal, operational, or security risk.
The service is provided subject to the disclaimers, limits, and legal protections allowed by applicable law. Petalz Mosaic is not responsible for loss, deletion, corruption, or failure to store user content beyond what applicable law requires.
