Petalz Terms of Use

1. Service overview

Petalz is a private family connection and care coordination service. It helps families share updates, photos, videos, calls, tasks, reminders, notes, and related family pod content.

• Petalz is not a medical, clinical, emergency, safety monitoring, legal, financial, or professional care service.
• Do not use Petalz for emergencies or time-critical health, safety, medication, or care decisions.

2. Accounts and family pods

Users are responsible for their accounts, invited pod members, shared devices, and the information they choose to add to Petalz.

• Invite only people you trust.
• Keep login credentials and shared tablets secure.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, or unsafe content.
• Avoid adding sensitive medical, emergency, financial, or identity information unless it is necessary and appropriate for the people in the pod to see.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Paid plans, trials, and checkout may be handled through Chargebee or another payment provider. Pricing, billing cadence, trial length, taxes, and plan limits should be reviewed before purchase.

• A trial may convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Annual and monthly billing may have different pricing and renewal terms.
• Users are responsible for keeping billing details current.
• Cancellation stops future renewals according to the plan and checkout terms shown at purchase.

4. Tablets, shipping, and returns

Petalz may offer optional tablets or device setup services. Tablet availability, shipping timelines, taxes, return eligibility, warranty coverage, and included subscription periods should be confirmed at checkout or in the order confirmation.

• A Petalz tablet is optional unless a specific offer says otherwise.
• Petalz does not guarantee uninterrupted device, internet, app store, carrier, or third-party service availability.

5. Privacy, cookies, and marketing

Use of Petalz is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Website visitors can manage cookie preferences, including analytics and advertising consent choices where required.

• Petalz may measure website and campaign performance using consent-aware analytics and advertising tools.
• Users should not send sensitive care or health information through marketing forms unless specifically requested and appropriate.

6. Changes and availability

Petalz may update features, pricing, policies, and these terms over time. We may suspend or limit access when needed for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, legal compliance, or violation of these terms.
