Join a pilot study and help shape better caregiving outcomes

We partner with seniors, caregivers, and families to test what improves connection, clarity, and day-to-day quality of life.

Who can participate

  • Family caregivers supporting an older adult
  • Seniors who want easier communication with loved ones
  • Care coordinators or support professionals in family-facing roles
  • Households willing to share structured feedback over a short period
  • Families comfortable sharing product feedback, not medical or emergency information

What participants do

  • Use selected Petalz features during your regular routine
  • Complete brief weekly check-ins (5 to 10 minutes)
  • Share feedback on clarity, stress, and communication quality
  • Optionally join one short interview at the end of the pilot
  • Decide what feedback you are comfortable sharing and leave the pilot at any time

What you get

  • Early access to pilot features
  • Priority support during the study period
  • A direct channel to influence future product decisions
  • Optional summary of high-level pilot findings

Time commitment

  • Typical pilot duration: 4 to 6 weeks
  • Weekly input: roughly 10 to 20 minutes total
  • Participation is voluntary and can be paused or ended at any time
  • There is no emergency monitoring, medical advice, or clinical care included
  • We collect feedback about setup, communication, and product experience so we can improve Petalz
